Start-up Package

To get you started in creating a web presence – for that 24/7 shop window, showcasing your company, we have designed a start up package.  This will include a basic selection of services, such as:

• Includes 5 pages
• Hosting and stats of the site by an experienced and knowledgeable team
• Domain name
• Basic SEO implementation
• Contact form
• eMail setup.

The package price of ZAR5900.00,  will enable you to have a home page, and an additonal four other pages.
Site development time is within 48 hours of receiving all relevant information and content.

Renewal for domain and hosting after the first year will be R700.00.  Costs are based on .co.uk domain. Additional domains, pages, content and alternate designs can be quoted for upon request.

It is known that the stickiness of a site ranges from 8 – 30 seconds – that is not a lot of time to grab their attention.  So maybe the principles of AIDA (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action) should be applied.  Grab their attention with beautiful images, nice layout and good design.  Keep it balanced.

The ‘Interest’ should be gained by providing valuable content – not just any text just for the sake of it.  Give them something useful, without ‘selling’ it to them.  People are bombarded everyday by advertising and sales techniques, they are tired of it and know when a company is ‘selling’ something to the consumer.

To create desire use of emotive images, and creative writing about your product – giving benefits, not features – will show them how your company/product/service can provide satisfaction to the created need.  The user has landed on your site for a reason, so give them a reason to need your product and not the competitor a click away.
The ‘call-to-action’ is imperative.  Without this, it is like telling a story, but not providing an end to it!  That is very frustrating.

Make it easy for the user to contact you, book the service, or request the product.
Once a developer/blogger has got this under control, then we must consider colour usage, space, relevant images, and the architecture of the site.
